Available for sale on Ebay, the listing details how this spacesuit is the “ORLAN-D” FOR SALYUT-7 CREWS and, interestingly, how 'Svetlana Savitskaya used the same spacesuit model in 1984 for the world's first female spacewalk'. Svetlana may have used this particular suit in training however the seller is unable to provide that level of detail.

This is likely a museum-quality piece so it could of course be displayed in a public or private collection of space-travel related items, or perhaps someone in the space industry (and there a surprising number of companies operating in the sector now) would like it displayed in their home.
